Harmonies in the Midst of Madness and Miracles: A Devotion in Organ Music, Scripture, Song and Praye

Harmonies in the Midst of Madness and Miracles is an annual Good Friday Service enriched with organ music contributed by members of the Royal Canadian College of Organists. This year, the site of this event is Christ Church Anglican in the village of Lion’s Head.  You will hear the story of Good Friday and Easter interspersed with organ music from Baroque to contemporary, played on Christ Church’s Phoenix (Peterborough) 2017 digital electric organ.  Bruce county is rich with churches housing (pipe, pump, electric) organs with long and diverse history.  Come to the 137 year-old church ( in the village of Lion’s Head and enjoy the music.  Free-will offering will go to scholarship fund to support beginner organ students, who will keep the tradition of organ culture going in Bruce county.
